Useful when it’s messy.

I’m not interested in selling a generic consulting package. I work with leaders on consequential problems where judgment, range and execution matter.

The answer isn’t obvious.

01

You need to build.

There is an idea, a market or a mandate—but not yet a company, product, team or operating system capable of delivering it.

02

Something should be better.

The business has momentum, but strategy, leadership, technology or execution is creating drag.

03

The decision is consequential.

You need an independent brain in the room who can absorb complexity, challenge assumptions and help make the call.

04

A leader needs a sparring partner.

Executive coaching for people who want candor, pattern recognition and practical help—not motivational theater.

I don’t stay in my lane. I stay with the problem.

Some problems start as technology and end as organization design. Some start as growth and turn out to be decision rights. Some look like strategy but are really about a founder who has become the bottleneck. I follow the constraint wherever it goes.

If all you need is advice, I’ll advise. If the answer needs building, I can operate. If we create something worth owning together, I’m interested in that conversation too.

Bring me the hard one.

Tell me what you’re trying to build, fix or decide.
