WHY A PELOTON
Strong riders still take turns at the front.
A peloton works because the group changes the economics of the ride. You conserve energy when someone else takes the wind. You communicate. You trust the wheel in front of you. You know when to pull, when to recover, and when the group needs you.
That is how I think about business relationships. Sometimes I coach. Sometimes I challenge. Sometimes I connect people. Sometimes I take the front and do the work. And sometimes I need someone else to pull. The relationship is reciprocal.
