ABOUT
Builder first.
I’ve spent my career moving between technology, business, leadership and company building. The title changes. The job underneath it rarely does: understand the problem, make the decision, build what comes next.
THE THROUGH LINE
I like hard problems and useful outcomes.
I’ve worked inside large enterprises, built technology organizations, advised CEOs, founded businesses, coached executives and helped turn ideas into operating companies. That range is not an accident. I’m most useful at the intersections—where strategy becomes execution, where technology meets economics, and where a leader needs both a sounding board and someone willing to take a pull.
I care less about being right in the room than making the business better after I leave it. That means candor over theater, judgment over frameworks for their own sake, and execution over decks.
HOW I SHOW UP
Clarity. Judgment. Candor. Range. Execution.
Those five things are how trust gets earned. Trust is what makes the rest possible.
THE LONG GAME
Build things. Make them better. Stay in the value.
The next chapter is not about collecting engagements. It is about building enduring relationships with people I respect, creating meaningful value together, and finding ways for that value to compound—through companies, partnerships, ownership and a portfolio of people and businesses that make each other stronger.
